PEST July 15th, Since our last posting we've had another showing at the Back Bar in Janesville...what it did lead to you ask? Well: an opening slot for HURT on August 2nd at The Back Bar. It is promising to be one hell of a night, thats for sure! Hurt is currently touring with Under The Flood. Also playing that night is Mind Drop and Now Face West. If you love rock and love local music, this is one night you don't want to miss. 3 awesome regional bands with Hurt and Under The Flood! SEE YOU THERE! PEST June 15th, Had a great time the other night in our Janesville debut at The Back Bar. Had to dodge the hail and tornados to get there, but we made it! We were very well received there and you can look for us to be back there later this summer or early fall! We understand we have a small show list again, but you can check back and we will hopefully have new shows posted soon. It's good to be a PEST June 1st WORD! We had a busy May eh mate? We haven't had much opportunity to get on here and update, so now is the time! Coming up on June 12th, we have our Janesville debut at The Back Bar, which looks like its building up to be a crazy fun night! Four bands are playing, plus the house band. Including TOMORROW, at Boo Bash on the UW-Baraboo campus! See everyone out there! Live IT PEST April 20th, We just landed an new show in Baraboo WI for May 2nd with 6 other bands. The line up includes (in palying order)Sorry About Your Couch, Jimmy Linville, Underground Day 1, Dan Soma, Model Airplane, Pest, and PINE. Looks like it has potential to be a very fun night. Two other shows are also coming up in May including Club Tavern on the 23rd and The Red Room on the 24th. Lets see everyone out this month! PEST April 5th, Hey Hey, We had a load of fun Thursday night at the Annex with our friends 20 Reasons Taken and the national band The Sammus Theory. If you chose to miss it, well that was a mistake in itself, but if that indeed happend, you can catch us and 20 Reasons Taken on the same stage again on May 23rd at the Club Tavern in Middleton. Two other bands will be on the ticket for that night as well, check back for more details. PEST March 21st, Our beautiful Pesties - Have a Wonderful Easter! March 12th, Last night we held our first full band booking session in quite some time. No shows were booked because of it, however the process takes a while...so hopefully we'll be back to the glory days of 2005 and we'll be out performing with some frequency again. A reminder that April 3rd is a large show at The Annex in Madison we hope everyone can attend! The trailer search continues, with a trailer, we'll again be able to perform with ease of travel. Yea, thats right, its ok to be excited. Anyways, since we last had the website working Snowstock has come and gone, we played a show at the High Noon Saloon and had a great time, and we working hard on booking more in the Madison area, as well as various festivals around the state. Hopefully we will be coming to your area soon! Peace Out! PEST Dec 10th, Hey everyone, it's been a while since this bad boy has been updated, I blame it on the midgets. Pest is gearing up for Snowstock '08 and it promises to be a rockin' time just like all the other years! We're looking for a few more bands to help fill out the night, so if you know of a band or want to start a band to play at Snowstock, let us know. We'll keep you updated as this all comes along and be on the lookout for our flyers and make sure all your friends are going! Pest... out! Sept. 14th, Rascals is closed, so no show on Saturday! Pest is collectively crying like little girls huddled pathetically in the fetal position in the corner, but alas, We must move on! We're working on some new originals and always pumping out more covers to rock your world! We're all looking forward to our next show at our all time favorite venue, The Red Room!! PEST August 22nd, Well, we had a lot of fun playing up in Rascals the other weekend. Some heavy rain put a little bit of a damper on the crowd numbers...but never fear to those who missed it, we will be back in just a few short weeks. Thats right! September 15th, we are back, and playing with Winona band Wake Up Bead Head. Should be an amazing time, definately not one you want to miss. Can it Be? August 11th, Show tonight in Winona at Rascals. We also have reformatted the lyrics pages to make it much easier to navigate around. As far as shows are concerned, still no word on the rescheduling of the La Crosse show at The Vibe. However, within the next few weeks we should have a show finalized with The Annex in Madison, sometime in October or November. Cehck back soon and maybe we'll have something for you! We'll be there Through It All July 29th, Already over a month since the last post, wow. Very sorry about that. Anywho, band news: The Portage show on the 21st went very smoothly and was a great time. We got to play in front of many new people, and that, we are always grateful for! The La Crosse show is being rescheduled, no update on that as of yet, but by the end of the week we hope to have that taken care of. Next show is coming up in less than 2 weeks in Winona, lets have everyone get out up there and lets have a grand ole time! the PEST boyz June 19th, A few of the shows mentioned in the past posting have now been added to the shows page, and yes we still have many more pending; including a July 20th show in either Madison or Beaver Dam. PEST May 28th, Due to an unfortunate scheduling conflict, We will not be able to perform at our beloved Fennimore Fun Fest. Learn It, Love It, Live It PEST April 18th, Pest is on the show hunt. We've had an unfortunate lapse in show dates due to lifes little pleasantries. We are still here! Never fear my children, we have just been busy. We�ve used our showless time to learn a handful of new covers and work on some original material. We are more then equipped for a show! So if any of you have a show opportunity or suggestions send them our way and we will love you long time! -Pest out Jan 15th, Pest now has 6 songs completed and at a semi-final mix stage. We are all very happy with how they are sounding and we're eager to share them with the world... unfortunetely you'll all have to wait till we get the rest of the songs done :). Micah got a new job, Caleb is in the midst of making another sweet video game, BA is in another semester of college... and matt... well matt is playing WoW. lol. Either way we head back to the studio to finish the guitar work this weekend. The album is coming along really swell like. We know all you people will really enjoy it! Keep it real! -Pest Oct 10th, Hello kiddies, Pest is pretty excited right now. Why, you ask? Because we are being played on the radio! Where, you ask? Well of course you would ask that because you wish to hear. It's on an internet radio station based out of Oklahoma, but due to the nature of an internet radio they have listeners from all over the world. He's been playing our music fairly frequently so with any luck you'll get to hear our tunes on the radio... THE RADIO!! -zomg! Sept 29th, Pest spent last weekend in the studio and made a tasty start on our up and comming album. Our plan is to do this in 2 waves of 6 songs each. We have more time scheduled later next month and we'll be sure to keep you all updated on the progress of the disc. And of course we will give you samples to whet your appitite for more Pest! -/camp Sept 18th, Prepare ye peoples of Wisconsin, nay! peoples of the World! Pest is gearing up for a trip into the studio this week. We will be starting recording on our album that we plan to debut at Snowstock '07. We are more than excited about this and we hope you all are too. There hasn't been an update on this site for like a few ages. Summer has definatly come in full force for the band. We are all busy as all get out. BA our normal booking agent is working 60-70 hours a week. The rest of us dont' have that good of an excuse but it is summer. Now is our plug for our softball team... we all play on the same team and we are 4-0 in slow pitch and 3-1 in semi fast. Yes we can play music and be good at sports all at the same time. Who would have thought, lol. Back to music...
